We Offer

We offer support to children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities including individuals with high clinical needs.

We Provide

We provide trained, motivated and enthusiastic staff who are welcoming and friendly with a great sense of fun.

Our Range of Services

We have the expertise to support you or your family member with complex health care support, such as diabetes and seizure management. Our staff are highly trained with life sustaining technology such as ventilators, tracheostomy and gastrostomy feeds. The team can care for you at Alkira or in your own home.

Alkira’s homes are located in Bayswater, Armadale and South Lakes. We offer a variety of supports throughout the metro area all tailored by you to meet your needs whether it be social, personal care or medical.

Philosophy of Care: Alkira has a commitment to each client and their family to ensure high quality care that is holistic and person-centred. This is achieved by: Providing a safe and healthy environment, operating as an inter-disciplinary service to promote continuity of care from home to respite, provide lifestyle choices wherever possible that are purposeful and meaningful to reflect client and family’s goals.
